With dual degrees in Chemistry and Microbiology from the University of California and Master’s study in Chemistry at the University of Missouri, his background spans pharmaceutical research, medical engineering, petrochemicals, and agricultural science.Previously, as CIMO at NTX, he was instrumental in doubling the company’s growth, leveraging an extensive network of brand houses and manufacturers. Dharan spent close to 10 years in the innovation team at adidas, where he was a lead for the development of sustainable technologies. Through his work on new materials, advanced manufacturing, and circularity, he worked with numerous start-ups from discovery through to commercialisation. He has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, and his background also spans materials and business. Dharan currently leads an innovation team in the field of construction as he seeks to develop sustainable solutions in another industry in need of change. He is also on the board of Biophilica. 

Edwin Keh is the former CEO of The Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles and Apparel and teaches supply chain operations at the University of Pennsylvania. He had a career as senior executive with several international consumer goods and retail companies. He was granted several awards including the Medal of Honor in 2020 by the HKSAR Government for his research work during the pandemic, one of the best of Top 50 Innovative Retail Leaders by Inside Retail Hong Kong in 2019. Keh holds multiple IPs which won global invention awards. 

Tricia Carey is a trailblazer in circularity and sustainable fashion, with deep expertise in growth strategy, global partnerships, and supply chain innovation. As Chief Commercial Officer at Renewcell, she led the launch of Circulose, establishing a global buyer network and extensive discussion of the challenges for commercializing material innovations. With close to 25 years at Lenzing Fibers, Tricia expanded Tencel Lyocell’s reach, positioning it as a leading sustainable fiber brand, and pioneered initiatives like the Carved in Blue blog. She is an active board member for Transformers Foundation and Accelerating Circularity, and previously was a board member of Textile Exchange and UN Conscious Lifestyle Network.

Christine has over 20 years of professional experience at the intersection of sustainability, entrepreneurship, and innovation, with a specialisation in fashion. In 2021, she launched Sustainabelle Advisory Services focusing on innovation as the key to driving positive environmental and social impact. Previously, Christine was the Global Director of PANGAIA SCIENCE, the B2B arm of PANGAIA. Additionally, Christine was Head of Sustainable Innovation at Kering where she worked to fast-track circular and impact-driven innovations across the group.  She also spent several years at INSEAD in the Centre for Entrepreneurship, where she focused on business model innovation for double and triple bottom line companies. Before that, she launched the B2B business, Edun Live, part of the ethical fashion brand, Edun Apparel, founded by Ali Hewson and Bono. She also practiced as a corporate lawyer specialising in venture capital and private equity law. Christine attended Harvard University,  holds a law degree from Boston College Law School and has an MBA from INSEAD.

Dr. Siva Pariti is a leading expert in chemical management and sustainability within the textile, footwear, and leather industries. With over 25 years of experience, he specialises in production processes, chemical recycling, and the sustainable use of production chemicals. His work spans 46 countries, where he has advised on impactful solutions for manufacturing facilities. Holding a Ph.D. in Intermediates and Dyestuffs Technology and qualified as a Chartered Colourist, Dr. Pariti was awarded the Silver Medal by SDC UK for his contributions to the industry. He actively collaborates with industry leaders to drive sustainable practices in chemical management worldwide. Dr. Pariti currently serves as the Chief Impact Officer at BluWin.

James is an innovator, brand strategist and executive. In his 25 years in he sporting goods industry, he has launched concepts like Boost, Primeknit, and Futurecraft and led adidas brand and sustainability strategy for many years.
