Journey to Scale: Imogo

Imogo offers a digitally enabled spray dyeing technology through its DyeMax machine, which uses a combination of a high-speed spray application with a proprietary autoclave fixation step, used for both dyeing and finishing. Their technology offers a lower use of water, chemistry, energy and increased accuracy and flexibility compared to conventional methods.

Textile processing is resource-intensive, consuming large amounts of water, energy, and chemicals. Imogo’s innovations, like the Dye-Max spray dyeing system and F-Max finishing solution, offer low-impact alternatives by significantly cutting water, energy, and chemical use, while eliminating salt. Both technologies can run on renewable energy and integrate easily into existing production, making them practical solutions that reduce textile production’s environmental footprint.
